"Food is fine, delivery is a little hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from sbarro a couple times now and the food has been decent overall. The main thing is the delivery timing isn’t super consistent. One time it showed up right when it was supposed to, but another order was about 25 minutes late and I didn’t really get any useful update. The pizza was still warm, so I guess it wasn’t that big of a delay, but also 25 minutes feels like a lot when you’re hungry. I’d order again, just maybe not if I’m on a lunch break or need it at an exact time.

"Just an Easy Lunch Order"
Ordered lunch from sbarro.com and it just came exactly how I picked it online. I got 2 slices, a drink, and a side, and nothing was missing or mixed up. Even the extra sauce was in the bag, which just doesn’t always happen with other places. Simple experience, but that’s just what I wanted. Order was correct and ready when it said it would be, so 5 stars from me

"Hot and melty, but not perfect"
Ordered from sbarro.com the pizza showed up surprisingly hot. The cheese was still melty and the crust wasn’t soggy or cold, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t say it was the best pizza ever or anything, but at the same time I was happy with it. Kind of average, but also exactly what I wanted

Ordered lunch and got my food way faster than I thought I would. Impressive. The staff kept the line moving really well, so there wasn’t any awkward waiting around. Smooth. Happy with the whole experience.

"Fresh and Easy Lunch Pick"
I ordered from sbarro for a quick lunch, i was happy with it. I’m a bit picky about pizza that tastes like it’s been sitting out too long, but this didn’t have that problem. The veggies tasted fresh, the cheese wasn’t rubbery, and the crust still had a nice bite to it. Nothing fancy, just a simple, fresh pizza, which was exactly what I wanted.

Stopped by Sbarro it was fine. The staff were nice enough, no attitude or anything like that, and they smiled and answered my question about the slices. The service was just a little slow, and it kinda seemed like they had other stuff on their minds. Not a bad visit at all, just average overall. I’d probably grab something again if I was nearby.

"Could’ve Been Cleaner"
Stopped by sbarro the other day and it was... fine, I guess. The food area looked alright from what I saw, but the tables definitely could’ve used a wipe down, and there was some trash sitting near the drink station. Maybe they had just gotten slammed or something, because the staff looked busy. Still, it made the whole place feel a little messy. Not awful, just not as clean as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars.

"Decent for a quick bite, but a little pricey"
I grab sbarro every now and then when I’m out running errands or stuck in the mall and just want something quick without thinking too hard about it. The pizza is fine, like it definitely does the job if you’re hungry, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything amazing. My main thing is the price feels a little high for what you actually get, especially once you add a drink. I still end up ordering sometimes because it’s convenient, but I don’t really feel like it’s the best value.

"Pretty Standard Food Court Spot"
It has that typical food court vibe, so as you’d expect, it’s a bit noisy and not exactly a place to relax for long. The seating was okay, nothing special, but fine if you’re just grabbing a quick bite.
